Returns & Refunds

🇦🇺 Australian Consumer Law Guarantee Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

What We Accept

✅ We Accept Returns For

  • Items that arrived damaged or broken
  • Incorrectly shipped parts (wrong item sent)
  • Items that are significantly not as described
  • Missing items from your order

❌ We Don't Accept

  • Change of mind on individual parts under AU$5 total value
  • Items damaged by the buyer after delivery
  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
  • International returns for change of mind (due to postage costs)

For change-of-mind returns on orders over AU$20, we may accept returns at our discretion — the buyer pays return postage and a restocking fee of AU$2.00 applies.

How to Make a Return

Contact Us Within 30 Days

Email WorldToyx@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the item(s) if applicable.

We'll Assess and Respond

We aim to respond within 2 business days. For clear cases (wrong item, damaged in transit) we'll often just ship a replacement straight away — no return required.

Return the Item (if required)

If we ask you to return the item, we'll provide a return address. We'll provide a prepaid return label for faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Buyers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Refund or Replacement Issued

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Replacements are shipped using standard shipping.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

International Orders

For international orders, we will replace or refund items that are clearly faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent. Due to the cost of international postage, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on international orders.

Customs duties and tariffs paid are not refundable by us — please direct any customs queries to your country's customs authority.
