We ship from Sydney, NSW, Australia. Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order plus a flat processing fee. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
How Shipping is Calculated
Formula
Shipping = $2.00 processing fee + (total weight in grams × rate per gram)
Minimum charges apply per destination (see table below).
Every product listing shows the weight per piece. The checkout shipping calculator shows the exact estimate before you pay.

Delivery estimates are indicative only and begin from the date of dispatch, not order date. We dispatch most orders within 2 business days.
Processing Time
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm AEST: dispatched same or next business day
- Orders placed after 2pm Friday or on weekends: dispatched Monday
- During peak periods (Christmas, school holidays) allow an extra 1–3 business days
🇬🇧 UK Shipping — Minimum Charge Explained
Why is the UK minimum AU$50?
Even very small, light orders to the UK require registered tracked international mail, which costs us AU$18–35 to send — before we've even bought the postage bag. The AU$50 minimum covers our actual cost on small orders. On larger orders (400g+) the per-gram calculation will exceed $50 and apply automatically. We're a small Australian business and can't absorb AU$30 postage on a AU$2 order.
🇺🇸 US Tariffs — Important Notice
⚠️ US Import Tariffs Apply to Orders from Australia
The United States currently imposes import tariffs on goods from Australia. We estimate this at approximately 15% of the item value and display this at checkout. This is an
estimate only — the actual amount is determined by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the time of entry.
Tariff charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking current rates at
cbp.gov before ordering. If CBP charges less than estimated, the difference may be refunded at our discretion.
Tracking
- Australian orders: tracking provided via Australia Post for most parcels. Some lightweight letter-format orders may not be tracked.
- International orders: all international orders are sent with tracking. Tracking numbers are emailed when dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check your tracking number first
- Allow an extra 5 business days before contacting us (especially for international orders)
- Email us at WorldToyx@gmail.com with your order number
We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. If an order is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund in full.
Customs and Import Duties
For all international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country's customs authority are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue items on customs declarations — this is illegal.
